The space
Park View House, a meticulously renovated 1920s gem, offers captivating views of Central Park. With two double bedrooms featuring twin beds and a single room with a single bed, it accommodates diverse groups. The open-plan kitchen/diner seats 8, and the cosy living room boasts a sofa bed and a Victorian-style gas fireplace, providing a serene spot to admire the changing seasons. Upstairs, a modern bathroom suite includes a powerful shower, bath, wash basin, and WC.

The well-equipped kitchen features a double fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, induction hob, and an espresso coffee machine for your caffeine fix. Enjoy free wifi and Netflix throughout the house. A private courtyard at the rear beckons for outdoor dining or relaxation in the sunshine, complemented by an outdoor WC and laundry area. The neighbourhood has plenty of free on street parking. There is a bus stop approximately a 1 minutes walk from the property that can take you directly into the City Centre. Mutley Plain is a 15 minute walk from the house, here you will have access to numerous bus stops which enables you to travel to all areas of plymouth from rugged Dartmoor to the spectacular Hoe and historic Barbican.
